Born and rise in the city. Trully local.
I grew up in my family's restaurant in Colonia del Sacramento, where welcoming visitors from around the world became second nature.
Long before I studied tourism, I was already learning what hospitality really means: listening to people, understanding different cultures and making every guest feel at home.
Despite from being a guide, I'm also a passionate traveler. I've explored every region of Uruguay, much of South America, and several countries across Europe. Traveling has taught me that the most memorable experiences go beyond famous landmarks—they help us understand the people, culture, and identity of a place. That perspective shapes every experience I create.
That early experience inspired me to pursue a career in tourism, first through my studies and later by working as a professional guide in English, Portuguese and Spanish.
Along the way, I also developed experience in project management, institutional work and community organizations—experiences that taught me how tourism can become a powerful tool for local development when it is planned thoughtfully and responsibly.
Today, I am completing my degree in Sustainable Cultural Itinerary Design, a program focused on tourism planning, heritage management and sustainable development.
My goal is not simply to show visitors beautiful places, but to help them understand the stories, people and identity behind them.
I believe the best experiences are those that feel personal.
That is why I work with small groups and tailor every tour to the interests of the people I meet. Whether we're exploring the historic streets of Colonia, sharing a glass of local wine or discovering hidden corners away from the crowds, I want every experience to feel genuine, relaxed and memorable.
For me, guiding is not about reciting facts.
It's about creating meaningful connections—between travelers and destinations, between history and the present, and ultimately between people.
Welcome to Colonia.
I'd be delighted to share my city with you.
